📋 Description

Collaborate with Legal and Public Policy to articulate Roblox's Safety vision to LATAM regulators.
Adapt global policies to regional markets and enforcement for local laws.
Analyze regulatory landscape to anticipate risks to Roblox and users.
Guide development and use of enforcement tools for policy compliance.
Coordinate with Global Age Ratings to ensure compliant game ratings.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in online Trust & Safety and/or Product Policy.
Background in content policy for global platforms with regional policy.
Strong written and verbal communication; distill complex issues.
Strong product/technical understanding for creative problem solving.
Experience presenting to executives.
Fluent English and Portuguese.
