Adapt Roblox global policies to regional markets; work with Moderation Ops to enforce
Analyze regulatory landscape to anticipate risks to Roblox and users
Guide development and use of enforcement systems and safety tools for policy compliance
Coordinate with Product Policy Manager for Global Age Ratings to ensure compliant ratings across regions

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in online Trust & Safety and/or Product Policy
Global content policy development with regional focus
Strong written and verbal communication; distill issues clearly
Strong product/technical understanding for problem solving
Experience presenting to executives and working with senior leaders
English fluency; Indonesian preferred; JD/Master’s or equivalent
