📋 Description

• Lead regional product policy for Southeast Asia and South Asia.
• Collaborate with Legal, Public Policy, product, and operations teams.
• Adapt global policies to regional markets and enforce them.
• Assess regulatory landscapes and identify risks to Roblox and users.
• Guide development of enforcement systems and safety tools.
• Coordinate with Global Age Ratings to ensure compliant ratings.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in online Trust & Safety or Product Policy.
• Background in content policy development for global platforms with regional focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; distill issues and propose policy paths.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Fluent in English; Indonesian language skills preferred.
• JD / Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
