Senior Product Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and optimize non-conformity management workflow and tools.
• Document, prioritize, escalate, and close critical quality issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to investigate hardware and software issues.
• Drive structured problem-solving using A3, 5W2H, and fault tree analysis.
• Foster a proactive problem-solving culture across engineering and manufacturing.
• Define and improve product quality KPIs and data dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field.
• 3 to 7 years in Product, Systems, or Manufacturing Quality engineering.
• Proven track record managing non-conformities in multi-disciplinary products (robotics/automation).
• Deep expertise in root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Experience building quality indicators, metrics, and dashboards.
• Excellent collaboration across R&D, operations, and supply chain; fluent in English.
