Senior Product Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product Management roles (PM to Sr. PM) from sourcing and outreach
• Partner directly with Product and Engineering leaders to define role requirements, design interview
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing data, market insights, and feedback to guide
• Lead debriefs and manage closing strategies that align with Plaid’s hiring bar and candidate
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring Product Managers.
• Deep understanding of product management disciplines, including strategy, execution, and technical
• Strong sourcing capability with experience identifying and engaging top PM talent in competitive
• Proven success partnering with senior product leaders to shape hiring decisions and influence
• Skilled closer with experience negotiating offers and managing candidate relationships through
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions.
