Senior Product Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and implement security standards across teams you partner with
• Incorporate secure design principles at every stage of development
• Own and review security-critical code across product parts, incl. authentication
• Build secure-by-default libraries and tooling for engineers
• Lead incident mitigation, collaborating with Detection & Response and others
• Mentor engineers and raise the security bar through reviews and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product security or security-focused software engineering
• Proven vulnerability identification and remediation (CVEs/bug bounty)
• Ability to collaborate on cross-functional security initiatives
• Experience educating engineers to improve security practices
• Strong programming skills with production-ready software
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Track record delivering measurable security improvements
