🎯 Requirements

6+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in product security
Translated security risk into product decisions for non-technical stakeholders
Embedded security into an eng team's SDLC without blocking every decision
Familiarity with SAST/DAST tooling, dependency scanning, or bug bounty programs
Compliance experience (SOC 2, HIPAA) in cloud-native environments
Built systems with data sensitivity as a core consideration (HIPAA, financial, identity)
