📋 Description

• Research, develop, and conduct offensive security techniques for Instacart products.
• Scale discovery of security defects and anti-patterns to improve security posture.
• Design and conduct offensive security operations for product and internal tools.
• Deploy and operationalize security tools (open-source and commercial) that scale.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to integrate security testing into SDLC.
• Mentor teammates and promote continuous learning and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 37+ years in Security Engineering or Penetration Testing.
• Experience with mobile app, AI, or cloud penetration testing.
• Threat modeling, security assessments, and architecture reviews.
• Data-driven decisions to improve key security metrics.
• Balance urgency with shipping high-quality pragmatic solutions.
• Strong self-management and documentation skills.
