Senior Product Solutions Manager, Employer & Partner Solutions

📋 Description

• Own roadmap for Employer & Partner solutions; drive activation, engagement, retention.
• Own integration framework for third-party B2B partners (APIs/SSO).
• Define self-service onboarding to launch Headspace quickly.
• Manage the B2B Admin Portal; enable eligibility and usage insights.
• Build engagement solutions to drive workplace awareness and adoption.
• Identify and implement AI automation to streamline onboarding and support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Product Management or related roles in B2B SaaS / enterprise tools.
• Experience shipping client dashboards, configuration systems, or third-party integrations (APIs/SSO).
• Strong systems thinking; design scalable onboarding frameworks across many clients and partners.
• Balance enterprise client requests with long-term platform health and scalability.
• Excellent relationship skills; partner with sales/commercial teams to drive adoption.
