Senior Product Solutions Manager, Health Plans

📋 Description

• Health Plan solution roadmaps; US-based (SF hybrid, NYC remote).
• Lead onboarding and lifecycle for Health Plan partners (eligibility, SSO, data).
• Coordinate clinical evidence to show impact and ROI (PHQ/GAD trends).
• Define Health Plan-specific configurations and scalable rules.
• Coordinate Sales, CS, Clinical, and Eng to ensure great experiences.
• Own Health Plan reporting on population health and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product/solutions roles in health tech or payor contexts.
• Deep knowledge of health plan eligibility, HIEs, or interoperability (FHIR/HIPAA).
• Proven record delivering complex cross-functional launches with external parties.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into business value narratives.
• Excellent communication; translate tech constraints to business terms.
• Experience in healthcare, B2B2C, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with eligibility systems and data integrations.
• Experience supporting B2B or enterprise onboarding workflows.
• Exposure to admin tools, configuration systems, or platform UX.
• Passion for mental health and Headspace's mission.
