Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, effectively manage assigned
Build strong customer relationships and customer needs solving capability to maximize short and
Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives
Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation
Handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls
Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, expectations and challenges

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Product Specialist
Proven experience in the local UAE market is preferred
Oncology / Hematology Infield Sales Experience is mandatory
Fluency in English and Arabic
Excellent communication and presentation skills
