Senior Product Strategy and Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Be the glue between GTM and EPD
• Assist cross-functional activities: product launches, enablement, feedback
• Collaborate with Product leads/PMs to instrument features and define success metrics
• Quantify ops improvements and communicate impact; build measurement frameworks
• Inform product strategy and roadmap with data, intel, and customer insights
• Shape cross-functional planning to translate strategy into commitments
• Identify inefficiencies in product ops and propose scalable tooling or processes

🎯 Requirements

• Work across Product, CS, Sales, Marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth env
• 5+ years in product ops, strategy & analytics; ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
• SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Omni) for dashboards and data models
• Own KPI frameworks, build reporting cadences, drive data-informed decisions across stakeholders
• Strong operator with PM skills; drive complex initiatives from strategy to execution
• Excellent written/verbal comms; present analyses to non-technical audiences
• Bonus: hospitality tech or enterprise SaaS with strategic accounts
