Senior Product Strategy Manager (CXAI)

📋 Description

• Lead activation of vendor partnerships and internal tools from scoping to post-launch.
• Own product strategy roadmap (6/12/18/24 months) with cross-functional teams.
• Lead SLT updates and cross-functional sessions to drive momentum.
• Partner with product marketing to develop sales collateral and enablement content.
• Work with commercial and finance teams to ensure commissions, pricing, and revenue recognition for new products.
• Collaborate with operations to validate use cases and surface requirements for new products.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in product management, program management, or related enterprise discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading centralized PMO or product operations functions.
• Track record of activating partnerships or launching products end-to-end in complex environments.
• Strong executive presence; able to align SLT, commercial, and operations leadership.
• Experience across GTM, commercial, marketing, and ops to drive product activation outcomes.
• Highly organized and structured; manage multiple workstreams and dependencies.
