📋 Description

• Lead on-site execution across load-in, operations, and load-out.
• Coordinate suppliers and staff for safe, efficient operations.
• Oversee installation of temporary infrastructure and branding.
• Ensure activations have power, connectivity, and services.
• Monitor attendee flow and crowd management to prevent congestion.
• Prepare schedules, daily reports, and staffing plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating on-site event operations and suppliers.
• Ability to read site plans and manage load-in/out safely.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.
• Proven ability to supervise junior staff and crews.
• Familiarity with production documentation and reports.
• Freelance/contract experience in live events is a plus.
