🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading senior software engineers through complex or ambiguous work.
• Experience in environments where reliability, scalability, and production risk matter.
• Ability to build trust and influence without direct authority.
• Proven track record of delivering technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong computer science fundamentals (concurrency, multithreading, data structures).
• Proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, Java, or C++.
