🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in software development, application or integration support; experience reading
• Familiarity with AI platforms, automations, Copilot, Claude, APIs, Salesforce, Certinia, or similar
• Proven ability to triage issues, distinguish break-fix from enhancements, and translate recurring
• Excellent written communication; ability to document technical issues clearly for developers and
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and production support practices across multiple systems.
• SDLC knowledge, defect triage, and post-cutover support experience.
