Senior Production Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries via tickets, email, and channels
• Own inquiries, issues, and escalations end-to-end
• Diagnose issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve production issues
• On-call support for rotations and escalations
• Document learnings to identify pain points and drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical/production support for B2B
• Card payments knowledge: Visa/Mastercard flows, 3DS, tokenization
• API troubleshooting expertise; HTTP codes and curl
• SQL proficiency; relational databases
• Datadog experience for logging/monitoring
• Customer-facing with strong communication; cross-functional work
