Senior Professional Legal Advisor

📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including media buying
• Ensure contracts align with company policies and industry standards.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, including client claims, vendor disputes and employment-related
• Liaise with external counsel when necessary and follow up on specific advisory matters.
• Hold weekly calls and updates with external collections agencies to keep Legal and Finance closely
• Keep the litigation tracker sheets regularly updated and followed up.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the media, advertising or technology
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
