📋 Description

• Monitor and report daily/weekly turnaround and damage KPIs across all Benelux branches, identifying
• Conduct regular branch visits to observe operational processes, provide hands-on guidance, and
• Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and contribute to cost-saving initiatives across
• Support the management of operational vendors, track performance against agreed service levels, and
• Coach and support branch staff on correct damage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring
• Prepare structured performance reports for the Benelux management organization and contribute

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an operational, logistics, or branch-level role; mobility or automotive
• Comfortable working with KPIs and operational dashboards, translating numbers into actions
• Clear and confident communication, with the ability to engage, coach, and motivate branch teams
• Organized and structured with a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently in the
• Basic project coordination skills and following up on action items
• Speak English fluently; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage
