Senior Professional Operational Performance & Processes (m/v/d)

📋 Description

• Monitor and report daily/weekly turnaround and damage KPIs for all branches in the Benelux
• Visit branches regularly to observe operational processes and provide practical guidance
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and contribute to cost-saving initiatives
• Support management of operational suppliers and help prepare tender procedures
• Coach and support staff on correct vehicle check-in/check-out procedures
• Prepare structured performance reports for Benelux management

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an operational or logistics role, or branch-level position; mobility or
• Comfortable working with KPIs and operational dashboards, translating data into actions
• Clear and confident communication skills, able to engage, coach, and motivate teams
• Organized, structured, with a proactive 'can-do' mindset and ability to work independently
• Basic project coordination skills, ability to follow up on action items and report progress to
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a significant advantage
