Collaborate with SMEs and service providers to satisfy loan covenants.
Own asset management processes including servicing, reporting, legal, and valuation.
Evaluate and recommend resolutions for performing/non-performing loans.
Provide intelligence and guidance on potential new investments.
Monitor portfolio performance for credit issues and market risk.
Support special projects to implement new technologies for K-Star.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Real Estate or CRE debt asset management.
Special Servicing or workout experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of CRE, fixed income, and lending concepts.
Analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Argus a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.
