📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle sales compensation technology implementations, covering requirements documentation
• Design efficient, scalable, and repeatable system configurations tailored to each customer's
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout implementation engagements, building trusted
• Own project timelines and priorities across multiple concurrent implementations while proactively
• Scope new implementation and post-implementation services and contribute to related commercial

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a consultant or implementation professional, with demonstrated
• Professional experience with sales compensation, either as a consultant or as an in-house
• Strong understanding of data modeling, formulas, spreadsheets, and database concepts, with
• Ability to understand object-oriented and relational data concepts and apply them to implementation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to transition effectively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
