Senior Professional Services Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead deployment advisory and end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-live.
• Configure and deploy Zscaler features; migrate from on-prem to zero trust.
• Assist customers with deployment testing, troubleshooting, and issue reproduction.
• Ensure client deliverables are on time and align with SOWs.
• Build cloud service expertise and travel to customer sites as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Active exploration of AI tools to enhance daily workflows.
• Consulting or professional services experience in enterprise networking or cloud security.
• LDAP and Active Directory knowledge plus IPsec, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM).
• Wireshark, tcpdump, Traceroute, and MTR for network troubleshooting.
• Fluent English communication with enterprise customers.
