Senior Professional Services Consultant

📋 Description

• Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers to deliver tailored zero trust
• Design and execute solutions using Zscaler’s suite of products, including SDWAN, CASB, Shadow IT
• Collaborate with stakeholders to envision and implement future-proof, transformative processes
• Advocate customer needs with cross-functional teams to influence product development
• Produce documentation, best practices, and demos to enable organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in network engineering, network security, or professional
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in LAN/WAN routing, HTTP Proxy technologies, SSL interception, and
• Ability to be granted and maintain a Public Trust or DoD/DoW security clearance/access, with
• May require transitioning from remote to working onsite in a government or Zscaler facility in
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the assigned customers
