📋 Description

• Own delivery of complex, high-value implementations end to end, from kickoff through go-live and
• Run executive-level discovery with CFOs, Treasurers and Controllers
• Design and document the 'To-Be' state across Ripple Treasury's full suite
• Act as a recognized treasury subject matter expert
• Bring deep knowledge of the Brazilian and LATAM treasury landscape
• Configure the platform yourself on complex workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or enterprise software
• Fluent English and Portuguese; Spanish is a strong plus
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-entity or multinational implementations
• Consultative mindset with ability to challenge status quo and lead senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with complex software ecosystems and understanding of data flows between
• Familiarity with bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs) and file formats
