Senior Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored reports.
• Install, configure, and customize software in client environments.
• Develop and enhance client reports with focus on accuracy and performance.
• Automate tasks with Python scripting to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with QA, Dev, and Product on feature changes and data impacts.
• Train customers and internal teams on product features and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of CCaaS/IVR and multi-channel communications (SMS, chat).
• Configuring digital channel bots.
• Strong SQL skills with optimized queries for large datasets.
• Experience with MySQL and Oracle relational databases.
• Experience building reporting solutions with BIRT or similar tools.
