Senior Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide advisory and hands-on-keyboard implementation for enterprise Cloudflare customers.
• Act as an individual contributor in post-sales, delivering solutions and guidance for value
• Expert in Layer 7 products: DDoS Protection, WAF, API Gateway, Bot Management, Certificates
• Travel up to 30% and work hours Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 with some weekend support for changes.
• Plan, design, implement, and migrate solutions; produce designs, LLD/HLT, data builds, scripts
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and share knowledge; contribute to docs and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Engineer, Security Engineer, Implementation Engineer
• Strong OSI layer knowledge (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP) and security tech (DDoS, WAF, Certificates
• Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, Bash) and interest in expanding.
• Experience with security and performance of internet properties and IaC tools like Terraform.
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle uncertainty.
