Senior Professional Services Engineer - EMEA

📋 Description

• Use a consultative approach to assess customer goals and options.
• Deliver statements of work with guidance from Technical Architects.
• Develop and implement migration plans for customer version control systems.
• Provide technical training remotely or on-site; create docs and guides.
• Create and maintain artifacts, templates, documentation, and scripts for service delivery.
• Document opportunities, risks, and status updates to project teams.

🎯 Requirements

• IaC/Configuration as Code expertise (Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef).
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with GitLab (deploying, using, or configuring).
• English proficiency for remote, asynchronous work.
• Strong communication to build consensus and provide status updates.
• Consultative, solution-oriented approach; manage multiple engagements.
• Strong organizational skills; self-motivated in a fully remote role.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.
