Senior Professional Services Engineer - Implementation and Onboarding

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation engagements from kickoff to handover.
• Be the primary technical contact; troubleshoot issues and escalate feedback.
• Advise on architecture, configuration, and scaling for customers.
• Design and troubleshoot platform capabilities and integrations.
• Guide data modeling, ingestion pipelines, and architecture diagrams.
• Advise on ingestion automation and orchestration with tools like GitHub Actions and Argo.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Professional Services, Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on SaaS integration via APIs, webhooks, ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud platforms, observability, incident management.
• Comfort with JSON and YAML; Python/SQL or scripting a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving; translate findings to solutions.
• Ability to understand customer environments and turn them into implementation strategies.
