Senior Professional Services Engineer - PubSec

📋 Description

• Deliver Professional Services engagements such as installation, migration, training, and advisory
• Plan and execute GitLab deployments across a range of architectures, from single-node Omnibus
• Oversee and perform migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab
• Provide technical guidance across the GitLab feature stack, helping customers adopt best practices
• Partner closely with project managers and engagement managers by providing feedback and updates
• Manage and deliver multiple customer projects at once, balancing customer outcomes with awareness

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools
