Senior Professional Services Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex Ataccama ONE implementations across cloud and on-prem.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Serve as primary client contact; coordinate internal teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and manage change requests.
• Define and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources.
• Ensure governance and clear communication; facilitate status meetings and exec updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of PM experience in IT, software, data, or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Experience managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies; identify critical path.
• Ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Bonus: data governance/quality projects; cloud platforms; PM certs; multi-vendor delivery.
