Senior Professional Services Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage large-scale projects with executive stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate with Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve issues.
• Drive improvements to project management tools, processes, and templates.
• Summarize key projects monthly for quarterly reviews.
• Develop delivery schedules, scope, resources, risks, and issues.
• Manage escalations with customers and GitLab stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing IT or software consulting projects for external customers.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and priorities.
• Build relationships with customer leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve challenges; motivate advisory teams.
• Support timely revenue recognition and change orders.
• Knowledge of PMI, agile or Scrum, SDLC, and GitLab tooling.
