Senior Program Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own the delivery cadence across engineering teams, tracking sprint commitments, velocity, cycle
• Facilitate cross-team dependency management and ensure shared resources are allocated effectively.
• Run program-level ceremonies including cross-team standups, delivery reviews, and quarterly
• Build and maintain delivery dashboards and reporting for engineering leadership.
• Serve as the senior on-the-ground leader in Pune, working alongside the Office Manager and local HR
• Act as an escalation point for Pune-based staff on operational or interpersonal matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program management, delivery management, or engineering operations, ideally in a
• Experience coordinating delivery across 5+ concurrent engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks with practical experience improving delivery
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work effectively
• Experience in distributed, multi-timezone engineering organizations.
• Experience partnering with HR on people operations or onboarding.
