🎯 Requirements

5+ years in sales enablement, training, or related field.
Strong knowledge of strategic selling; fluent in consultative selling.
Proven project management; autonomous delivery.
Comfort with ambiguity and data-driven decision making.
Excellent facilitation across audiences; strong cross-functional partner.
Ownership mindset with autonomy; bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
