Senior Program Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the financial performance of assigned defense programs from proposal development through
• Develop and maintain bottoms-up Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Estimates to Complete (ETCs)
• Forecast and analyze bookings, backlog, revenue, margins, cash flow, funding, and working capital
• Evaluate cost and schedule performance, investigate variances, challenge assumptions, and assess
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, operations, contracts, supply chain, and
• Prepare and present recurring program financial reviews to program managers and executive

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive experience in program finance or program controls supporting
• Demonstrated ownership of program financial performance, including EAC and ETC development, revenue
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), integrated cost and schedule performance, funding
• Strong understanding of government contract structures and their financial implications, including
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven experience building financial models, forecasts, and
