Senior Program Management Analyst (AUKUS)

📋 Description

• This role supports high-impact defense initiatives focused on international partnerships.
• Coordinates complex programs with government stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Drives alignment across schedules, budgets, risks, compliance, and objectives.
• Supports submarine industrial base initiatives and AUKUS-related programs.
• Requires program management expertise in highly regulated environments.
• Contributes to national security priorities on globally connected defense programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive defense acquisition/program management experience.
• 5+ years supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, AUKUS initiatives, and export controls.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder coordination, reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
