🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
• Recognized program management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent) is preferred.
• 7+ years of program/project management experience in a Life Science service organization (e.g.
• Track record of driving alignment across a matrixed organization and earning influence with
• Working understanding of R&D and CMC workflow within BioPharma.
• Effective communication skills, including experience communicating program status and risks
