🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or equivalent; certifications preferred.
5+ years leading cross-functional projects.
5+ years in a software development lifecycle role.
5+ years defining and launching products and writing specs.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and other methodologies; Scrum Master preferred.
Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration.
