Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• Define the vision: shape migration strategy, rollout plans, and deployment roadmaps.
• Establish steering committees, risk frameworks, and KPIs to track migration health.
• Serve as liaison between HR/IT leadership and external partners to map business processes.
• Own program budget, enforce cost controls and optimize resources.
• Identify and manage risks including business continuity, data loss, and go-live friction.
• Formulate rollback strategies and disaster recovery plans to protect HR ops during cutovers.

🎯 Requirements

• Total Experience: 12+ yrs IT/HRIS PM; 6+ yrs Oracle HCM Cloud + 2 migrations.
• Leadership Depth: 5+ yrs PM role managing multi-stream programs.
