Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of high-complexity programs critical to autonomous vehicle platform
• Manage testing activities across multiple modalities (e.g., simulation, closed-course, public
• Proactively identify, highlight, and manage risks and blockers; evaluate testing risks and adjust
• Propose and own goal-level OKRs and impact department-wide KPIs
• Coordinate with core development cycle and formal Verification and Validation (V&V) cycle to
• Coordinate work across multiple teams, resolve cross-functional scheduling conflicts, optimize test

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, preferably in a fast-paced hardware or
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a technical field; PMP or Agile certification
• Proven ability to work independently on defined programs with minimal guidance
• Exceptional communication skills in a clear, blame-free, and action-oriented manner
• Strong analytical skills to use technical details for business dynamics and project roadmaps
