Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex, multi-stream programs and projects from initiation through execution and delivery
• Oversee the overall project portfolio, maintaining roadmap visibility, aligning resources, and
• Define and track core program performance metrics, key health indicators, and business ROI
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and global stakeholders to gather strategic
• Proactively identify program bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks, implementing mitigation
• Establish robust program governance framework, standardize delivery methodologies, and streamline

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex strategic programs or PMO portfolios in enterprise IT, SaaS
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end program delivery, risk mitigation, resource allocation
• High proficiency in tracking program KPIs, performance dashboards, and executive reporting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead alignment and use persuasion to align
• Deep experience with project and program management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and
• Proven experience working autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting a
