Recommend new ways of working within the organization, with a strong focus on efficiency and
Simplify complex situations, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in computer science, biomedical engineering, business (or relevant related field)
Demonstrated foundation in project management essentials, including risk tracking, budget
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership across complex initiatives, driving accountability from initial
Experience in developing strong internal and external partnerships and fostering a strong team
