Senior Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the NPS program end to end, its strategy, operating approach, and governance across CX, Trust
• Define and continuously evolve the program's methodology, survey approach, and roadmap, setting the
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams (operations, commercial, AI, data, survey platform) to
• Own executive engagement and reporting: shape the narrative, lead launch-window updates, and set
• Direct the analysis of survey results; identify themes, interpret trends, and translate insights
• Act as the senior accountability point for execution; set expectations for detractor response

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in program or project management, with proven execution of complex
• English level: B1 high or above.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including crafting executive-level narratives and
• Proven end-to-end program leadership, ideally in customer experience, insights, or operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical judgment to convert survey and feedback data into actionable strategic insight.
