Senior Program Manager, AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Own cross-functional AI enablement programs end-to-end: design, operating cadence, stakeholder
• Investigate workflow problems and design programs/tools addressing root causes
• Collaborate with teams to build AI-enabled solutions, not just rollout
• Define program health: metrics, milestones, and shared status surfaces
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and resources
• Develop self-serve enablement resources (playbooks, golden paths) for independent use

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management in a fast-paced tech environment
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into a defined program with narrative, roadmap, milestones
• History of driving behavior change and measuring launches vs. outcomes
• Hands-on experience building/representing AI tooling workflows
• Experience owning large distributed programs without direct authority
• Clear communication with stakeholders; status on shared surfaces
