Senior Program Manager - Asset, Inventory & Logistics Operations

📋 Description

• Lead asset, material, inventory, and logistics ops for global R&D infra.
• Own end-to-end hardware lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Facilities, IT, and partners.
• Drive inventory accuracy, traceability, compliance, and readiness.
• Implement scalable asset management processes across sites.
• Develop SOPs and dashboards to monitor performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience
• 7+ years in hardware operations, asset or inventory mgmt, or logistics in tech/engineering.
• Experience managing end-to-end lifecycle of technical hardware in R&D labs or data centers.
• Experience with enterprise asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Odoo, NetBox) and
• Strong knowledge of CBP import requirements, HTS, Incoterms, and logistics coordination.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Facilities
