5+ years in a compliance program in a regulated industry
Strong organizational and program management skills
Resilience and leadership in fast-paced environments
Exceptional communication, translating regulatory needs for diverse audiences
Advanced gap-finding and risk-assessment abilities
Analytical mindset to source and analyze data for leadership
