Senior Program Manager, Classified Space Programs

📋 Description

• Own the program's cost, schedule, and technical baselines.
• Manage integrated master schedule, cost baseline, and risk register.
• Lead formal program events: initiation, IPIR, and milestone reviews.
• Interface with Government customer for contract and technical direction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, payload, and ops.
• Maintain security boundaries per ITAR/EAR and classified workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years managing complex aerospace/defense programs with baselines.
• Active TS/SCI clearance, or TS with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship; ITAR-restricted program.
• Experience delivering SOWs, CDRLs, milestones with government reps.
• Experience in cleared facilities and program security requirements.
• Remote sensing domain at payload or mission level.
