Senior Program Manager, Commercial Strategy

📋 Description

• Build and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, owners, risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Eng, Analytics, Legal.
• Manage A/B test pipelines and track interdependencies.
• Provide executive updates and AI-assisted meeting outputs.
• Design sustainable processes and AI-enabled workflows.
• Hybrid work from NYC office 2-3 days per week.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program/project management (SaaS/software).
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle; Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Experience with A/B testing and analytics.
• Ability to influence across functions; excellent communication.
• Jira, Google Workspace, Excel, Looker, Amplitude, Statsig.
• Comfort using AI tools to research, draft, and synthesize.
