Senior Program Manager, Contracts & Analytics

📋 Description

• Own the CLM roadmap and backlog across Ironclad, Evisort, Salesforce.
• Lead in-house workflow development for contracting beyond SaaS config.
• Define the technical vision for contracting workflows and AI enablement.
• Drive AI enablement with high-impact automation and POCs (N8N, Workato, Claude, Glean).
• Build and manage contracts reporting framework and system of record for insights.
• Communicate roadmap and outcomes to senior stakeholders and align cross-functional priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of program/project PM in Legal Ops or tech-driven ops.
• Own tech roadmap/backlog; prioritize build-vs-buy; align with engineering.
• Expert-level with CLM systems (Ironclad): workflow design, templates, reporting, Salesforce integration.
• Drive AI/automation adoption; build POCs; enablement programs.
• Knowledge of legal tech and AI-driven contract tools (Evisort); data extraction/metadata mgmt.
• Generative AI used responsibly with human oversight; deliver business-ready outputs.
