🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year institution.
• 6–8 years of experience in program management, CS operations, strategy, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading transformational initiatives that scale customer experience and

• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and turn them into actions.
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
